[Auth_ldap] patch for 1.6.0, with security fix

Dear people, please find an updated patch for 1.6.0 at
http://www.suares.an/auth_ldap

As you remember, Stug Venaas wrote a couple of patches to make anonymous 
binds work better. Although these patches have been incorporated in 
1.6.1, they didn't work for me.

So, with the help of Dave, I patched the 1.6.0 version with the security 
fix.
