[Auth_ldap] SSL Support - help with SDKs

Didn't think it was that easy... But I'm not getting anywhere...

Compiled correctly, and I know the libraries are ok and I can connect to
my ldap server with ldapsearch...

The apache install is a mirror of the one currently under Solaris.
That one main difference is under Solaris, auth_ldap is compiled with
Nestscape's 4.x SDK which luckily I still have a copy of.

I get:

[Fri Feb 3 15:38:02 2006] [error] [client xx.xx.xx.xx] Could not
connect to LDAP server: Permission denied

Even pushing logging to debug, I don't get anything else. Anyone seen
this problem before ?

TIA...
