[Auth_ldap] How can I turn off LDAP in GCG Seqweb 3.0?

I am not sure if this question is too specific. But I need help by-pass ldap
.

Seqweb is the web interface of GCG package which is a huge sequence analysis
package consists of hundreds of small programs. The newest version of seqweb
has ldap module built in and it seems that if I don't turn off ldap
properly, the programs in seqweb won't function. Please give me some
directions regarding how to turn ldap off or at least make everyone a
'qualified' user. I can add .htaccess files later.
