[Auth_ldap] support for multiple servers - any updates ? any other module ?

Hmm... Examples section reference a redundat ldap scenario, but on test,
I can't get it to move on to the next server.  A short timeout would do
it, but there's no way to mention how:

The next example is the same as above; but with the fields that have
useful defaults omitted. Also, note the use of a redundant LDAP server.
