[Auth_ldap] require group

Having tried this now with RHEL4 it all works as expected, correctly
testing for group membership.

I still don't know what went wrong with my efforts with apache 1.3, and
my compilation of auth_ldap for that setup.

I still have that setup around - so if you need me to test anything else
on my 1.3 setup I will do so.
