Well, if you go to 2.x, you can just grab the whole Apache Win32 binary 
distribution from httpd.apache.org.  That comes with the LDAP support 
modules, it's part of their base distribution now.  That's not the 
module supported by this list, but it's originally based off of it, and 
it works well.  We've been using it in production for over a year.
