[Auth_ldap] Disable authentication for directory under a secured directory.

Hello, 

 If I have the following directory structure:

/
  /SubfolderA
  /SubfolderB
      /SubfolderB1


If I secure the Root of the site, I know that it will propogate down
to each of the children. But what if I want to have SubfolderB1 not be
restricted.

I am using apache httpd.conf file, I do not want to use .htaccess
files. Is there a way for me to open up directory SubFolderB1 to not
do any auth checks?
