[Auth_ldap] Does mod_auth_ldap work with........

Does mod_auth_ldap work with iPlanet,Lotus,Active Directory, IBM Directory,novell NDS/eDirectory & openLDAP??? i wanna an authentication client that can authenticate with any LDAP directory. i m looking towards mod_auth_ldap. theoritically i should work with all above mentioned directories but does anyone know practically it works or not?? is there any modifications required to make it work for any above servers?? what r known issues while making it work with these directory servers??
