[Auth_ldap] AuthLDAPVersion patch

Well actually i forgot to talk about the architecture, there is no Openldap
server.
The Ldap server is a win2K Active Directory and i dunno how to specify the
version to use with bind !

ps : using Apache 1.3.x under win32 (sic!) and a Win2K box for the server.
