[Auth_ldap] AuthLDAPCacheCompareOps and 'what version' ?

It's there for backwards compatibility, and is ignored with a warning
message if you put it in your config.

Not really easily, but if you bump up your apache log level to debug, it
prints out the version each time it tries to parse a AuthLDAPURL. Check
your server logs for the string "Trying to parse an url".
