[Auth_ldap] Make issues on Solaris 7 with 1.4

After modifying the top of the Makefile to reflect actual paths, make outputs
this error:

make: Fatal error in reader: Makefile, line 76: Badly formed macro assignment

Upon going to line 76, I see it's trying to search out some sort of java
class.	Does the auth_ldap module *require* java, or can I comment this out,
or what?
